There is a new bill that has been introduced called the Vaccine Injury Modernization Act. If passed, this act will improve the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP) by addressing current issues within the program. If the Covid vaccines were to be added to the VICP, this would benefit persons injured by the Covid-19 Vaccine because the VICP is a more legitimate fund and can provide more money for the requester.
